A licensed real estate professional since 1991, Jay is a consummate expert that settles for nothing less than 100% client satisfaction. He benefits from a great deal of repeat and referral business from loyal clients that would not consider selling or buying a property without his caring insight and guidance, for which they have grown to rely upon.
Jay has always had a passion for real estate and comes from a real estate family led by his father who has been licensed for over 50 years. Jay studied architecture at Syracuse University and graduated with a 5 yr degree in business with concentrations in finance, marketing, advertising, and graphic design. He went on to attend the graduate program in Bentley College’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies specializing in business law and organizational management.
Jay was the president and top producer at a boutique luxury real estate firm serving coastal and luxury San Diego markets, after which he integrated his businesses into Sotheby’s International Realty in 2012.
